What do we provide?
This first and most important thing we provide is the FUN! As for specifics it depends on each theme and what package suites your needs. We bring everything necessary for all our stations, booths, activities, etc.
What do you need to provide?
You just need to provide the guests and tell us where to be. Also, food and refreshments are provided by the client. If you choose to provide anything else we can always incorporate it into the event.
How far in advance must you book an event?
The more far in advance you book the better. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. We do offer a significant priority pricing for weekday bookings. This is a great option for groups and organizations.

What areas do we serve?
We are based out of Beverly Hills, California. We produce kids events for all the surround area. There is a fee for extended travel for the HKC. It will depend on the distance, the size of the event, etc. Email us and we will work out the details. We are more than happy to bring Hollywood and their red carpet to you!

What should you as the client expect?
Hollywood kids club brings a very fresh take on kids events. You will not see a old, boring, tired kids party. You and your young vip's will experience a high energy kid's event that before now only young Hollywood celebrity kids were able to attend. With HCK you will get to celebrate your vip kids in style!

What if you have a theme in mind that you do not see here?
Hollywood Kids Club is constantly coming up with new event themes. If we do not currently see a theme you have in mind, we encourage you to email us with your idea and we will see what we can do.
What if you need to cancel?
Life happens and we understand that. If you cancel or reschedule a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the scheduled event there is no penalty. If you cancel with less than 3 weeks notice we cannot refund you your deposit which is half of the total cost of the event. If you need to reschedule with less than 3 weeks notice, let us know and we do our very best to accommodate your needs, although you would in incur and additional fee.
Do we only do kids birthdays?
From kids group, to children's organizations, to schools, to kids birthdays... we produce every kid event you could want!
What amount of space will you need to produce an event?
Obviously the more space you have the better. But, we cater to you. We do not take a one size fits all approach. We can make nearly any situation work, If schedule permits, and HKC team member can visit the space ahead of time so that we may plan better. If the schedule does not permit or it's not necessary, we love when our clients snap a few cell phone pictures of the space where the event will be.
Do we provide food?
At this time that is not a service HKC provides.
How much time should you set aside for the event?
It all depends on how much you'd like. Our Premier package includes and 2 and a half hour event not including set up and pack up time. Our Elite package is a 3 and a half hour event not including set up and pack up time. Also, for both packages you can add on additional time. See our Pump It Up section. This is an excellent option for larger events such as graduating class parties. Ultimately we want to produce an event that fits your needs.
